Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE – READ CAREFULLY
This disclosure is provided in compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and is intended to inform you that Lions Crest Capital Enterprises LLC, doing business as Lions Crest Holdings (“Lions Crest”), has ownership interests in, or business relationships with, certain affiliated entities that may provide services related to real estate transactions.
Nature of the Relationship
Lions Crest Holdings is a holding company that owns, controls, or is affiliated with various subsidiary and related entities, including but not limited to Odyssey Real Estate Services, Odyssey Premier Home Loans, Odyssey Title & Settlement, Lions Crest Business Services, and other affiliated service providers (collectively, the “Affiliated Businesses”). Because of these relationships, Lions Crest Holdings and its affiliates may receive a financial or other benefit as a result of referrals between affiliated entities.
Description of Services
The Affiliated Businesses may provide services including, but not limited to, real estate brokerage, mortgage lending or brokerage, title and settlement services, property management, business services, marketing, or other professional services that may be connected to a real estate transaction.
No Requirement to Use Affiliated Businesses
You are NOT required to use any Affiliated Business as a condition of purchasing, selling, financing, or leasing property, or as a condition of receiving real estate brokerage services. You are free to shop for and select any service provider of your choice. Choosing not to use an Affiliated Business will not affect the availability, quality, or terms of services provided to you by any Lions Crest-affiliated real estate brokerage.
Estimated Charges
Any charges for services provided by an Affiliated Business are expected to be comparable to those generally charged by unaffiliated providers offering similar services in the same market. You may compare costs and services among providers before making a decision.
RESPA Compliance Statement
Lions Crest Holdings and its affiliated entities do not require or condition referrals, and no referral fees or kickbacks are paid or received for the referral of settlement service business, except as permitted under RESPA for ownership interests in affiliated business arrangements. All affiliated relationships are maintained in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

By proceeding with any transaction or engaging services, you acknowledge that you have received and read this Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure and understand that you are not required to use any affiliated service provider.
